Our policy requires at least 30 days' advance notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation. This applies to all encounters.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance when you make your reservation.
We are unable to make exceptions to our posted cancellation and reschedule policy, regardless of the reason for cancellation, including illness or injury, COVID-19, family emergencies, travel disruptions, or misunderstandings about the reservation.
If you need to cancel within 30 days of your scheduled program, travel insurance may help reimburse you for your non-refundable expenses, depending on the coverage you purchase.
Because unexpected circumstances can happen, we encourage you to protect your investment by purchasing travel insurance at the time you make your reservation.
