The Setting

Made for the moment

Otter Valley is a five-acre property in Pauma Valley, California for weddings, corporate gatherings, galas, celebrations of life, photo shoots, and everything in between, indoors and out.

The Venue

Room to gather

Seat up to 100 guests indoors and 200 or more outdoors across multiple scenic locations, with a kitchen, WiFi, restrooms, indoor and outdoor dance areas, tent-ready space, and outdoor lighting. Parking includes 48 lot spaces plus 40 or more on the street.

To keep the property and its neighbors at ease: non-smoking throughout, amplified music indoors only, and a music curfew of 10 PM on weekends and 9 PM on weekdays. No rice, confetti, or glitter, please.

Booking & terms

Reserve Your Date

A 50% deposit holds your date; the balance is due 60 days before the event. A refundable $1,000 security deposit applies.

Changes

Cancellations are accepted up to 90 days prior, with the deposit reapplied toward a future date for up to one year.

Payment

Pay by check or credit card. Card payments are subject to standard processing fees. Venue rental is non-refundable.
